Our Dairy Team
We are often looking to recruit people to our dairy team. We have a number of permanent, temporary and flexible roles throughout the year.
We also offer internships and work placements for students. Some experience is necessary but training can be provided. Working in the Arbigland dairy team is an opportunity to learn from one of the most progressive dairy operations in the world, using the most up to date regenerative agriculture techniques. Volunteering
We provide an opportunity for volunteers to get involved in return for food and accommodation.
We participate in the Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) and Workaway programmes. Typical tasks might involve conservation work in the woods, ponds, hedges etc., and gardening. Please get in touch if you are interested
